Its continuous flow printing system with intelligent detection greatly simplifies the printing process:
Equipped with a conveyor belt and an on-board scanner, the DL1319S automatically detects and positions objects, even those placed randomly.
It handles variable data printing, allowing you to personalise each item: sequential numbering, first names, specific messages, different visuals... directly online, without any additional steps.
The 4-step scanning option:
1- Place your objects randomly on the conveyor belt
2- The scanner analyses the print area to detect the presence, position and shape of the objects.
3- The system adjusts the positioning, alignment and print settings according to the objects detected. A preview is displayed to allow manual adjustment if necessary before printing.
4- Once the settings have been validated, printing starts in perfect synchronisation with the position of the objects.
